Was doing 'Throwing off the scent' faction mission and used sync shot to take out 3 other wolves, when I moved close to them the (L1) consumable option started flashing quickly and I couldn't aim or do anything until I backed away from the bodies.

Actually it seems the whole island is bugged, swimming under water (stealth) I was spotted and killed, in the tunnels I was spotted with absolutely nobody around because I had killed them all with a sync shot, the bunker near the detainment area I had several wolves spawn in literally through the roof.
