    All customer service channels are closed, I need a refund

    My account is banned. I think that your behavior is a violation of consumer rights. I did n’t use this bug to affect other people ’s games in the game. I request a refund.

    Yeah good luck with that. You're not getting a refund. As much as I really don't care about exploits or cheaters personally, you agreed to a TOS which basically says Ubisoft can do whateverthey want to your account.

    When you get a little older you'll learn this, you'll also learn about situational awareness, avenue of process and common sense.

    I'm sorry you feel this way. However we are unable to remove temporary bans, and won't be able to refund for this reason.

    You should be able to play now, however there may be an influx of players logging in to play after the maintenance, so it might be best to wait a bit.

    If you are Australian lodge a complaint with the ACCC if you are in Europe there is a similar government body to lodge a refund.
