Yeah good luck with that. You're not getting a refund. As much as I really don't care about exploits or cheaters personally, you agreed to a TOS which basically says Ubisoft can do whateverthey want to your account.
When you get a little older you'll learn this, you'll also learn about situational awareness, avenue of process and common sense.
