Is UbiParis the most incompetent of the Ubisoft studios?

Are any of the other studios as bad? I've heard great things about Division 2. I love Siege. Far Cry is always the same, but cool thing. I stopped AC after Brotherhood but I know people loved the last 2 games. Somebody tier list the Ubisoft studios for me.

They are actually following the same direction Breakpoint taken.
The AC on Egypt I couldn't play, because the gameplay changed so much from Unity and Syndicate.
Looked more like an Cellphone game (Combat portion) Enemies when taking damage had numbers appearing over their head to indicate that their life was draining.
I'm not sure if the game already had gear score, but the one in Greece has...
Farcry new dawn is in the same situation.
Have nothing to say about division because it's self explanatory and I don't like these kind of games.
Siege also became a huge satire after a few updates.

What did you expect from a Studio who Creates "Just Dance" "Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle" and then they become a Military Shooter...lol

I mean they've been working on GR since GRAW, but they weren't made the primary studio until redstorm's restructuring into massive in 2012.

It's hard to believe they put it out with this movement system and said, "voila! Excellence! Formidable!" when other games from ubi are so much better (m thinking division 2 which I played a lot of until their last update made it clear that solo / normal difficulty players were no longer welcome). This movement system is terrible.

I would say that Ubisoft has problems not only in Paris. The last part of Assassin's creed was also an ugly game. Also, someone released the Wildlands under this tag, so I don't think it's that bad. I'm more interested in the question of why it was necessary to do this with the Ghost Recon franchise. After all they probably knew that most players would not like it they were repeatedly told about it at the development stage and they still so screwed up. Excuse my English

Why stop at just Ubisoft? I struggle to find any studio, owned by anyone that screwed le poodle this badly. Maybe that last fall game, don't play them so have no 1st hand experience. The issue is Ubisoft is so massive that they can get away with it. Anywhere else other than EA this would of ended them.

    Completely wrong:

    1. Division 2 sales was bad. Game itself is not that great and after release of Warlords of the New York it only got worse. Many changes which was implemented is hated by players: awful TTK which made PvP almost unplayable, changes to exotics (best tier weapons and gear) which now one of the worst items comparing to lower tiers, timed events and many other problems.

    2. Far Cry 5 was great, but after that they released Far Cry New Dawn. Basically, same thing happened like with Breakpoint comparing to Wildlands: AI teammates was butchered (not completely, but almost), was implemented tiered loot and enemies, story went from realistic to Fantasy (post apocalyptic world) and, as a result, game was on sale after month since release.

    3. Last AC got some very bad things like grind which is needed to progress the story, paid expirience/money boosters (in SINGLE PLAYER GAME!!!), again tiered loot and enemies... It is better than Breakpoint, but much worse than fourth AC - Black Flag.

The Division 2 is bang average, as was the first game. Far Cry is awful now compared to previous games, AC has turned into a grindfrest, Seige is an abomination compared to those truly great R6 games we used to play ... So Is UbiParis the most incompetent of the Ubisoft studios? No i'd pretty much say they are all on par with each other at this moment in time. Which studio made the last Rayman game? As that was truly the last decent Ubisoft game.
