Anyone know when and who the reworks will affect this time around?

god knows, at this point the term "rework" means something big and from what we've been seeing in the past "reworks" are not gonna be happening as often.
re-polishing and number tweaks might happen to weaker, problematic or very great fighters like lawbringer, warden, conqueror and maybe nobushi (polishing her animations)

the season is named "hope" so we might as well hope to get balance changes, "reworks" seem to require too many resources from them programming wise and planning wise so those are not gonna happen every season or so.
