You can use this platform to also tell your own ideas. Therefore they are easier to search trough maybe even by Ubisoft.
Attacker: This operator can destroy all defender cameras by hacking them down. He/she can't do this from outside because the cameras are too high and his/hers device cant get there. But inside where the cameras are lower and easily accetable this operator can use its device to hack. It can hack all the cameras at once but the hacking takes some time and the operator is vulnerable to the defenders at the time he/she is hacking the cameras. This hack does not affect drones and can be only used once in a round since it hacks all the cameras out at once.
Defender: This operator has glasses which he/she can use to see attackers trough walls. Though it only can see trough one wall so attackers further away can't be detected by the glasses. The glasses can be used two times in a round and they will last for 15 seconds at a time. The glasses can only see trough reinforcable/soft walls, but reinforcement doesn't affect them. Also they can't be used on the roof so attackers coming down from the hatch can't be detected by these glasses giving the attackers the possibility to surprise this operator.
Ideas for Ubisoft
I posted this in my own threat earlier and Ive never posted on a forum before so Im not quite sure if Im doing this right. Anyway here it is.
I have some ideas for operators that I believe would add an interesting and well balanced dynamic to Rainbow Six Siege.
One is a navy corpsman that works With MARSOC. He has two Med-kits that he can use to revive other attackers(or himself) in a downed but not out state. They restore 75 health but the drawback is they take approximately 11 - 15 seconds to use and he only has a limited number of them (2).For the exact details I dont really care much about specifics as far as how many med-kids he has or how long they take to use I just imagine that this would be a good place to start, obviously the developers will be able to balance him much better than I could. As appearance goes, he could wear the standard marine corps woodland camouflage pattern with properly rolled sleeves and A boonie hat, plate carrier and e-7 navy ranks on his collar. He could have a comb over, high and tight to remain in regs and a mustache. His operator name could even be chief as e-7s are commonly called that in the navy. For a better idea of what he would look like Im basing my idea for him off of chief petty officer Justin Wilson, who was awarded the navy cross for valor.
The second idea is for an alternative to thatcher, his or her operator ability would have a similar effect as thatchers EMP grenades. The device would be called an electronic device overloader and would disable anything currently or subsequently placed on that particular reinforced wall or hatch for as long as it is attached by sending a strong electric shock that shorts out any attached device. The EDE device would look like Kaids electroclaw but the operator would have to manually puncture a reinforced wall with it and would only have one. A drawback of using this device is that it would puncture a small but somewhat noticeable hole in the wall, and if defenders noticed it, could shoot it before any hard breachers had the chance to breach said wall or hatch, and not to mention the noise caused by puncturing a metal wall. The reason for this is to give attackers more options if thatcher is banned (which he is frequently). He/she could be from the Filipino light reaction Regiment, an elite counter terrorism unit of that country. This would be interesting as there has not yet been a Filipino operator in rainbow six siege. As most people from the Philippines are, this operator would be short and could have a unique karambit knife. As far as the rest of the appearance goes Im sure the talented team at Ubisoft could come up with something amazing.
Id like to know what you guys think of my ideas, if you would change anything about them or have any interesting ideas of your own.

Unique Gadget: Mark 4 Mag Grenade.
Kletka comes equipped with 3 Mag Grenades.
Grenade is thrown and can’t be cooked. the Grenade detonates 2 seconds after it hits any surface.
When it goes off it pulls the currently equipped weapon of any operator caught in the radius to the ground and holds it there for 3 seconds.
• The Grenade affects all operators (both attackers and defenders) in its range (3 metre).
• After throwing a Grenade there is a 10 second cooldown before the next one can be thrown.
• Affected operators will have their other weapons auto equipped.
• Running over a stolen weapon after the Grenade has let it go will auto equip it. No need for a button press.
• The Mag Grenade is countered by Jager’s ADS and Wamais Mag N.E.T .
• The Grenade beeps like a cod Semtex.
• The Grenade only works through destructible objects and walls. Reinforcements and indestructible walls will bock the effects.
Defender: Siberia

Unique Gadget: Blizzard Charge.
Siberia Comes equipped with 2 Blizzard Charges. The Charges has 2 modes:
Mode 1 Anti-Personnel: The Charge is thrown and detonated like a Nitro Cell. Upon detonation it creates a blizzard cloud 3 meters wide for 8 seconds.
Operators who are caught in the Blizzard:
•Take 2 damage per every half second and are unable to sprint.
•Operators regain the ability to sprint after 3 seconds.
•Have weapon fire rate reduced by 5% for 2 seconds.
•Have time to aim reduced by 5%.
After exiting the Blizzard: the effects last for 1.5 seconds.
Mode 2 Anti Breach: This mode is for use with reinforced walls. The Charge is thrown onto and detonated on reinforced walls like a Nitro Cell.
Upon detonation the any reinforced wall within 1 meter is frozen for the next 30 seconds.
When a wall is frozen:
• Any Operator who touches it takes the same damage as an electrified wall.
• Hibana pellets are disabled until the 30 seconds is over.
• Maverick cannot melt through the wall until the 30 seconds is over. If Maverick tries to breach the wall, he will just waste fuel.
• Thermites Exothermic Charges are unaffected by the Blizzard Charge.
• The Blizzard can be shot and blown up, seen by IQ and destroyed by Thatcher and Twitch.
• Both Attackers and Defenders are affected by the Blizzard Charge in both modes.
