Literally impossible. There's no way for Ubisoft to get money from you unless you give it to them. That's NOT stealing.

What you need to understand is that you did not buy the game. You bought a license to play the game. That license comes with a set of terms and conditions, rights, and obligations, as well as disclaimers. I suggest you read them because you agreed to them the moment you started to play the game, and you agree to them every time you log in and use their services.

    Again, not stealing.
I bought a game, the exact term is Full Game. The License is what makes it possible for an account to use it.

But when I buy a disc I buy a game, it is mine, it is my property.

Taking the key from me is stealing.

Massive is rather incompetent when it comes to bug fixing/game balance, hell theres new damage glitches being abused after everyone was banned so what even was the point

The amount of braincells I lost reading that nonsense is stealing, maybe I should sue you?

Look, it's very clear you don't understand how any of this works, just because you want it to work the way you stated doesn't make it so, I strongly advice you read what you replied to again and again and again and again..

Very true, there another glitch in game, but nobody is saying anything, not even Massive would dare ban another wave. There'll be no financial gain left, only loses. And to those that defend the lost/bans of these gamer, it means the short life of the games & DLCs. When studios lose money, they will be lay-off or move their resources to another project.

What the people like you fail to understand, is whatever a company write in their "conditions", "TOS" or whatever isn't necessarily legal.

Otherwise they wouldn't have lost in a court.

And this is not the only court case where a video game company loses against players suing them because of a ban.

You don't want to see the reality of things, that's up to you.

You want to keep living in your imaginary pokemon world, that's up to you.

Courts exist because some people or companies don't respect the law.

A video game's company license, contract ot whatever isn't a law.

By removing my access to my product, they take back what I bought, and that is illegal. Period.

No one is talking about the new glitch because we are to busy fighting with each other.

The actions of the devs have “violated” their own “ToS” due to dividing the community like it has and has created ANyTHING other than a welcoming and friendly environment. Which is the reasoning people were banned in the first place.

Then there are all the people posting just throwing gas on the fire. It is sad to see a once good community turn for the worse like this has done. No one can post without someone calling them stupid or showing disrespect. In reality we all violate the TOS on daily basis and it has almost gone to far again. There has not been to many friendly posts lately.

By the way, if you file a claim to support about the ban even if wrongfully banned, you will stay banned. They won't lift it. Not that I asked to have it lifted because I didn't. But that's their answer.

I am ok with the ban

I am ok with the ban but i am not ok with the rollback this is theft. i used it like 2 days for like 4 hours accumulate. so from all these days i am assumed to glitch i´ll lose way more legit farming, grinding as i done with the glitch. and thats is why i am mad. i got busted i got a ban, i got my glitch items and xp taken away ok. i am fine. if it where so i would play division 2 again but with these rollback to the 17th i am not ok with. beside i know the first glitch on the 20th? or 21st? so ill lose like 4 days pre glitch and like about 7-9 days post glitch and that IS ********. Beside that i could proofe that the ban IS NOT ACCURATE! i know ppl which used it whith me same day, same hours gaming, know what they can play, i cant. and i know ppl that dont even played since mw releas in 2019 but they got banned. so Massive dont lie to us.
