Hello everyone! I'm sorry you're experiencing issues with Season Pass content, I will do my best to help you.

Considering we are talking about the PlayStation platform, this could be a region lock issue.

Please make sure your PlayStation account's country matches the game's region if you own the physical version.

You can check the game's region on the back of the case. There will be a little 'world' icon and a number.

If you are unsure feel free to post your PS account's country and the number shown on the back of your case and we can check for you.

Hi! I have the game digitally purchased from the Playstation Store and the Year One Pass.

I bought just the standard game back in November, then on the 29th of March last month, I decided to purchase the ultimate edition because of items I'd like to unlock. So after purchasing I immediately had access to the 2 new classes without me having to spend a skill point to unlock them. The issue is after playing the first mission from deep state, the game gives the prop to purchase the DLC however you cant do anything because the icon is greyed out and says "OWNED"

Cant download the season pass from PS store as there ISNT a download option even after deleting the game and re-install. Also did a license restore and still nothing.

My region is USA, my ID is xVx_SPECTRE_xVx
Region lock doesn't make any sense because I bought it all digitally through PS store, I do have a open support case on this and still havent been solved

Could you confirm what country you have set on your PSN Account and what country you are in?

Is the region on your PSN Account USA and is this also where you are located? Did you buy the standard game digitally also?

Yes USA is my region, location is Washington, and yes bought the game digitally first the standard game back in november then on march 29, 2020 the ultimate edition

Hello to the group members, I bought the 1 year pass. I did Fisher's first assignment, and then I don't see how to do the following tasks. They don't appear on the map and on the task page. I play on ps4
There are many more players who have this problem and no one gives proper help.

Hey I found a solution. I created a new character and did the first mission for deep state and now the 2nd mission now shows up. This might have something to do with the a character created before purchasing the 1 yr. Pass, it was weird because after I created this new character I had access to the cross draw vest in which my other character doesn't have access to. Anyway try it out, it is frustrating since I finished my other character story and all the skills acquired with gear level 228.

I checked with the team and the Season Pass is all Unlockable content rather than Downloadable content, so it's normal there will be no download required.

As for the issue - I'm happy you have found a workaround however it would be a shame to put all of your progression behind you to play these missions.

If you would still like to pursue this - A short video showing you have access to the missions on one save but not the other will put us in a good position to discuss this with the game team and understand the cause.

First part is a character that made after the purchase of ultimate edition, the second part shows another character made before the purchase. You can tell by the total hours on the main menu which one is older.
