    Level 40 to everybody

Why we can't have level 40? It's stupid,t his isn't a item or a content that a DLC need to give to its players, they are forcing us to buy the expansion, and that's wrong. All DLCs need to give exclusive and brand new contents to the players that are going to buy it, but it's unacceptable to make something that creates a huge difference between players that bought the DLC and to the players that don't have the DLC, it's almost impossible to win a fight against someone level 40, they already have new gear, new ways to farm, new exotics and a brand new story, Ubisoft don't need to remove such a important feature to the non-DLC players

In principle, if you do not understand the point is that level 40 is sold as content. There are several reasons for this.
    1) Content - the fact is that most of the new items drop out only from level 31. What makes levels a good content separator. The question is how can the content itself affect the game balance? It all depends on things that are not available at level 30.
    2) The system of "leveling levels" - in joint games, I noticed that a level 30 player always amplifies to 39 ... and changes in characteristics are never displayed. This was done primarily for PvP, so that those who did not buy the supplement were cannon fodder for those who bought it. The problem is that this has a big effect in PvE where a lack of statistics can make the game impossible.

Therefore, in principle, I believe that the game of 30 and 40 levels should be completely divided. This will create at least some semblance of balance at all levels.

So, it makes a lot of sense what u are talking about, but I still have one question, all the status are changed in PvP, like the status weapon DMG in the equipment? I noticed a huge difference between the damage I delt to players and their build, I think and I'm not sure about this, but the changes made are to the main status and not the secondary ones. And this level thing isn't a bad thing to the company, giving a reason to players keep farming is a good way to make the community alive and convince more people to buy the DLC. The thing is, with a lot of bugs happening and Ubi making a patch to fix those issues, I don't trust in the game scaling level for PvP because all the time I play against a level 40 I get destroyed, and my build is a really good dps build. Maybe I'm wrong with that and I just suck at PvP, but I still think that giving the players the level 40 will not cause any problems to the sales of the DLC, It might help actually, if you have more information about the scaling, tell me please, and thx for the answer
