Ubisoft version DLC on Steam version of the game

    Yesterday, I bought some DLC's forAssasin's Creed:

    - AC Origins - The Hidden Ones, Curse of the pharaohs,
    - AC Syndicate - Dreadful Crimes, The last Maharaja, Jack the Ripper,
    - AC IV Black Flag - Freedom Cry, Guild of Rogues.

Unfortunately, the curse of the pharaos and the hidden ones are not compatible with the steam version of the game (just found out that black flag and syndicate DLC's are compatible). It was a mistake made clearly by me. Do I have any chance for a refund on the products that are not compatible? I tried to reach Ubisoft support but they haven't responded yet and it's a bit worrying.

    Hey leo.kev,

Did you accidentally post this in the Wildlands forum?

Regardless, we can certainly look in to a refund based on this, and rest assured your request will be processed. We are dealing with increased contacts at the moment so I apologise for any delay. Please await an email from us.

I have the same issue, if I continue to play assassins creed even though I dont have access to the DLC due to ubi incompetence would that prevent me to get a refund if i have game time playing the base game.

Hi there, if you are advising you have incorrectly purchased this DLC on a different platform than your core game, this is certainly something we can get looked into.

Feel free to contact us with further details of the content you are having difficulty accessing and we can get this looked int further.

Please note, if this was purchased from a 3rd party retailer, you may need to contact them directly to discuss any refund options.

Actually, I have reached Ubisoft support. They informed me they will look further into the matter, but that was 1 month ago. Once again, I asked them if they have any update 2 weeks ago, yet no answer.
I understand that due to COVID-19, everything is stalling, but all I want is to check if my refund request is accepted...
Anyway I bought the AC Origins DLCs on a sale from steam. As I expected it did work (because origins was bought on steam platform)

do refund requests take that long to check? Or it's due to coronavirus pandemic?
By the way, here is my case no. 11362336 in case you check it again in the future!
