I connect to the game normally, it loads as normal, I can get into the game as normal but I get this error whenever I try to join a friend's session.

Moreover, if I invite him, he gets a 'detecting network settings' note and cannot connect. If he tries to send me an invite I never get one.

What's going on? That's the first time we've had this issue and we've played more than 30 hours co-op.

I got exactly the same problem since 3 days impossible to join my friends in coOP if we are more than 2 players
And I'm playing on ps4...
Please get solution fast because its not normal to have all of that problems on an online game...

I got this error when i try to join my friend game, and same it otherwise. My platform is PC, this problem start this friday. I and my friend try this: check game files integrity, reinstall Ubisoft Connect, clean cache files.
Please help!

Same for me, was playing normal the other day, then go back to play and get the error, fix or any information? Because what Ubisoft explain doesnt work.

Getting the same issue too, been two days with friends in a voice chat playing without me, and me just silently getting more frustrated.

Edit: tried to send in a support ticket, they disabled it. The button is greyed out "chat is currently available" Im sad.
