The balance changes are extremely slow

If a character is to powerful they are going to be powerful for a while

and if a character is underpowered they are going to be under powered for even longer

i really feel that the game needs faster balance changes

Everybody feels that, but they don't have a massive team to work with unfortunately. As players, we can only hope they listen to some of the communities ideas, and as developers, that dictates how many players the game will have and how good their game is. They are realllly lucky they have a loyal fanbase.
