in my inventory i have a cloaking spray with 10% drone evasion, but i cant equip it. it has a different icon than the panther-class spray. cant equip it in syringe or grenade slots.
to fix this, maybe change its name to something that is different to the panther-class spray, like "heat-sinking spray", since it does not fully cloak, as its name suggests. since it seems to collide with the panther spray, as when i switch to panther class, the panther-class spray isnt greyed out, as the med-kit is or other class-items are in the middle slots.

I believe a less effective cloaking spray was supposed to be an unlockable item for all classes, after completing a certain side mission, but it either wasn't implemented properly, or they decided to remove the item from the game before launch. It's common for graphical assets to remain in the game, after the feature they're linked to has been removed.
The fact it has shown up in your inventory is most likely a bug.
