Not necessarily.. just takes more teamwork and more effort to push ram and double speed it. Ram pushing I'd say is more important than getting archers.Originally Posted by MrGrippz Go to original post
No, it is still better to get archer points because otherwise you will end up at gate with 0 pikeman support. Also having cauldron captured is invaluable as the minions do a very good job blocking cauldron. If you ignore rampart you are opening yourself up to taking tons of ram damage and losing in the final phase due to lack of lives. But as always, if the enemy team is doing a good job defending the ramp then you should cut your loses and focus ram until they forget about the rampart. If you win a team battle that should buy you more than enough time to cap a rampart objective as they are captured so quickly now.Originally Posted by iadvisoryi Go to original post
I think breach is in the best state it ever has been nowOriginally Posted by MrGrippz Go to original post
Focus more on defending objectives or attacking the ram instead of killing people then.Originally Posted by nukeslayer1331 Go to original post
Yea, I know how the mode works lol, it's still way more valuable to prioritize ram, have someone or 2 people double boost it, then, uncontested, one player can push archers, or both can hold at cauldron. It's pointless to focus on archers, if they're defending it with 2+ people. It just becomes a deathmatch and the team using more resources for it wins. So while defense focus's people on archers, you can speed ram in easily, and then they have to sit at cauldron or contest ram.Originally Posted by CanadianSoupMan Go to original post

No, it is objectively best to do what ever you can to minimize damage to the ram. The only way to do this is to secure cauldron which can not be done safely with out rampart. The only thing that has changed is that attackers have unlimited lives so people get caught up in pointless fights more easily without realizingOriginally Posted by iadvisoryi Go to original post
You can't focus on one strategy and expect it to work in every match. If attackers are snowballing archers and as a defender I'm not winning the fights there, I'm clearing ram, if ram isn't pushing it's constantly taking poke dmg from minions, especially if we're defeating attackers who try to counter us.Originally Posted by CanadianSoupMan Go to original post
If I'm an attacker, and two of us push archers, but the defenders are mostly in there deep, then I'm wasting time by going back, you know, the pointless fights like you said.
We clearly have different strategies for breach that work for us, it's okay, we can agree to disagree
