9.9% attribute, uber ubi troll roll

Seriously, what a kick in the nuts. Farming targeted loot for days to get a max roll stat to get a 9.9%. GG to ubi, what a troll roll. Seems like rolls and stats should be adjusted to drop in .5 increments to avoid stuff like this. Would also help tone down all the junk drops, and take some of the dilution out of the loot pool.

What difficulty are you playing on? And was it missions, CPs, random events etc? Your post lacks information.

Wait, what? People are now complaining that they received a _very good_ roll, just because it was not the _maximum_ roll?

Would it have felt better to you if it had been an 8.2% roll?

Well i once had a 10% roll but it was not max, i had to collect another 10% "max" roll to actually get the game say it was complete for the library

Yes, it would have. I can understand a 9.0 roll or something along those lines. But when it's 9.9 man it's just a bummer. And yeah, it is a good roll, but when you're going to try to fill the library just doesn't cut it.

For me it's more a kick in the nuts if the gear i'm looking for with the skin i want rolls with 2 wrong stats or a wrong stat and a talent.
I'd take a 0.1% off of perfect roll any day. And i'd even use it for the giggles.

How is 9.9% worse than 8.2%?

Neither is what you wanted, so both rolls are equal in that regard.

An item with a 9.9% roll is more powerful than an item with an 8.2% roll, so it's better in that regard. It may also be an upgrade to your library while the 8.2% roll might not, so it's also better in _that_ regard.

You are seeing a glass that is 99% full and complain that it's 1% empty, Sounds to me like you are creating your own misery really. If we only deem the absolute best acceptable, and perceive everything else as a "kick in the nuts", then we're setting ourselves up for lots of painful experiences.

    But you do you.
