another update for division 2.
https://mp1st.com/news/the-division-...of-the-changes
how come breakpoint doesnt get this type of attention? breakpoint releases a patch every 3 months while div2 constantly gets updated and maintenances every week.
why does breakpoint even have an online only options, its updates and patches are worse then an offline game.
fire ubiPARIS disband all of them and dont let anyone one from ubiPARIS ever touch game developing again.
it totally does need it. saying it doesn't is being disingenuous bar none.Originally Posted by jpkarlsen2 Go to original post
its consumers like you why big corporations get away with shady business tactics. and wonder why companies like ubi releases unfinished games and charge them double, while exploiting the ingame currencies.Originally Posted by jpkarlsen2 Go to original post
if they are not gonna keep up with the maintenances or updates it should NEVER BE AN ONLINE ONLY game.
I'm a bit confused. According to the Division 2 fandom wiki and as far as I can tell from the official forums, The Division 2 has had a total of 5 content updates and/or patches since October; the first being just after Breakpoint launched followed by December, February and two in March. Since Launch The Division 2 has had 9 updates in its first year. Breakpoint launched in October and had content updates and/or patches in November, January and March. We all know that the January update was initially slated for December, but the rate of updates is broadly similar.Originally Posted by Player-fdc1d Go to original post
Server maintenance is something completely different and these are more frequent in both games. Your comparison is not considering like for like.
of course you be confused you dont play div2 so you wouldnt know. another person who doesnt speak from experience but pretends to know what hes talking about. do you play div2 at all? obviously not since you had to go to wiki fandom page. why dont you just go to div2 thread and look at all the patch notes during or fixes during maintenance that the devs posted instead. prob better research then a FANdom site.Originally Posted by AI BLUEFOX Go to original post
div2 gets more then 2 or more 3 hour maintenances and fixes every week. breakpoint what? a reset every tuesday for raid? thats all breakpoint gets. the constant attention massive gives div2 while ubiPARIS attention to breakpoint is....*crickets*
division2 devs actually fix their issues in timely manner, breakpoint still has issues from ott or even launch. screaming headshots, visuals issues, animations issues, clippings, cosmetics not showing up correctly or clipping. gameplay mechanics not working properly, consistent same bugs even thought they said they fixed it. i can actually list every issues thats been in since launch thats not been fixed but that will take too long.
but then of course someone like you wouldnt understand. your face is so far ubiPARIS butt that you cant see or hear anything around you, suprised you cant smell the sh*t coming from them.
Go hard bro, I'm all for it.Originally Posted by Player-fdc1d Go to original post
yeh it trips me out when you have people who intentionally wanna stay blind, def and stupid.Originally Posted by Ballzinfern2017 Go to original post
I mean it was the same way with Wildlands, especially during year 2, where Updates come out once every 3 months, but they're "big" patches with all the content, bugfixes, and gameplay changes packed into one. The reason Ubisoft does it that way, as Ubitone explained back in Wildlands it was that it was cheaper on the team to do it that way because of console certification costs, and that's why you had 3 months of Ghost Mode saves being deleted and the silent PSG1 in Ghost War. Not defending or whatever since I'm not looking to get into an argument, if it cant be done civilly, and if it just ends up slinging insults around like Children (which it pretty much has)
TLDR: Ubisoft is cheap.
