    So you want your money back? Here is one way

    EDIT: First and foremost understand this. This is a service issue. nothing to do with bans that are a direct consequence of bad service. if you do not understand this what you have to say here is irrelevant and off topic.

    some folk have asked me about this so here you go.

    If you want your money back, all purchases, made in division 2.

    Contact your bank and state you want to raise a visa dispute.

    Collect all information from online sources highlighting Ubisoft and Massives negligence to their service. so things like:
    Social Media Posts/Patch notes stating aspect of game service(s) have been fixed:
    clan offline - literally stopped us playing game properly was going on since Nov 2019 and they ignored it for a long time.
    dps dmg glitch
    talent glitch
    sidearm dmg glitch
    the fact these glitches still exist in some manner/variance in their service and their inability to "fix" it outright.
    Support tickets highlighting bugs/issues with their service.

    everything over the course of the last 12 months.

    explain in your letter why all the above and ubisofts handling of said issues has essentially ruined your experience ingame

    now if you are one of the players who have been banned you will want to highlight that they have punished you for using their service as is presented by them. You will also have to explain why Ubisofts reasoning for the ban is wrong. unfair advantage. This is fairly easy as the power range in TU8 takes into consideration earning those TU8 exotics there is no unfair advantage in that regards nor obtaining them as the values on such "exotics" like all gear in the game is variable not static. So therefore you gained no "advantage" and would essentially still be playing the game if not banned to still farm said Exotics. include a picture of one exotic to give reader insight. any ranks you obtained again no advantage 10% (from watch) values here and there are absolutely meaningless endgame. due to how bullet sponge enemies are. the game still needs fair balancing.

    Leaderboard excuse is meaningless, they have been in need of reset for a few months. they have however only removed banned players from all leaderboards, even ones you did not take dmg glitch into. another aspect of bad service and bad management

    Always remember and dont let ubisoft convince you otherwise. this is their service issue their responsibility.

    Now you can only dispute ubisofts service within 12 months of entering that service, however this is where is gets interesting and anyone looking to do above should take this into consideration. Visa will take back all purchases made to ubisoft for up to a 3 year period. So that means you potentially lose your other games in library if purchased or made purchases within those 3 years.

    I was quite content with rollback and leaderboard reset however it looks like ubisoft are completely overreacting to this and are going to further punish accounts that abused their glitch.

    I think i remembered everything. if i forget i will add edits. please go read up on this yourself. even better talk to your bank!

    Actually, getting a refund in this case will be quite easy to do.

    Players have been banned illegitimately, without evidence provided. Ubisoft support is not responsive to this problem either.

    Banned = Not having access to something you paid for.

    The dodgy TOS does not work.

    I would say anyone affected by this, especially wrongly, should be getting their refunds.

    And you got a refund from the bank? Care to show us?

    I thought the lawyer conversation was going to be good but the conversation with the bank is going to be gold.

    No, Massive can have it, the franchise is entertaining, I'm thankful for that.

    By the way, the effort did not justify the outcome. It would be a waste of time, at least for me.
