With a decent amount of pre warlords level raids completed and a handful post warlords before and after the updates in the past week it is obvious the raid has been tweaked or adjusted with the enemies going down way too easily the bosses also feel a bit squishier than previously.
The raid always required a decent level of focus it is now more going through the motions, is this working as intended now or another byproduct of messing with the scaling of the game?
Yes we attempted pure DPS no overt healing pre patch and post patch and there is a certainly a noticeable difference, most build improvements in that time were fairly incremental but certainly an obvious drop in toughness and possibly not an intended one
Its a shame I think the raid was always just tough enough to keep you on your toes now it is lacking in satisfaction hopefully once we have got new members their first clears we can make it a bit more entertaining via speed running
I wonder if the devs are aware I appreciate it will be far down their list of stuff to tackle but a lot of my clan members are here solely to raid now
I'm thinking that they are slowly trying to "open" the 1st raid for more players so when the 2nd one drops more people will want to try it. They also said the gearsets will no longer be raid only (backpack / chest).Originally Posted by Itspooman Go to original post
The library made it possible for people to do more damage. At least it did for me & I had a decent build for the raid. I could hold the circle, handle the drones & weakpoints or protection for the circles with ease, so skill is not an issue.
WONY 1 week the raid felt the same. I did more damage, though. The raid is ok. It doesn't need more tweaks. Like the comment above suggests: go melee only!
