Increase "Damage To Armor" & "Damage To Health" Overall

It has been stated that, DTH will be increased in the Assault Rifles. However I feel overall both DTA & DTH should be increased for player characters weapons across the board and not just assault rifles. At it's current rate, enemies can shred through your armor in a matter of seconds and yet players can barely shred the armor off enemy AI's. Unfair much? Sure it's easy to shred armor to enemies in lower difficulties (Normal, Hard) but for difficulties such as (Challenging, Heroic, Legendary), there still quite bullet spongy and increasing the overall spectrum for player damage to enemies would really help taking them down much quicker that much better.
If Legendary enemies can take you down in within matter of seconds, then player characters should be able to do the exact thing back at them and not the other way around. Why should enemies be stronger than the player agents? Level the playing field I say so both sides have a equal advantage of being able to take down either side. Although I feel player damage output should be greater than the enemies overall.
Just a thought I guess. Open to other opinions on this matter. Discuss.
