I forgot to mention that i think Glasscanon is superior to focus for sniperbuilds as focus needs you to aim an certain amount of time to stack up but glasscanon is available right of the bat. The other thing is you should go for Vigilance on your backpack as it is the strongest i think. I guess you can also go concussion or composure but i haven´t tested them.

CHC 48%/ CHD 102%/ HSD 208%. those are my stats when Nemisis is equipped and not holstered.
But DMG wise the Numbers i told you are correct. 16 m on Heroic Named Target in the shooting range.
Yesterday i saw a video of an sniperbuild which invested heavily into Headshot dmg an he pulled like 20 m dmg out of the Nemisis on Elite targets.
So my opinion on your matter is that your gearstats/rolls are simply not good enough to get the feeling of beeing a threat with the nemisis.
Also keep in mind when investing heavily into HSD you will have an harder time to crack Armor on Tanks Dogs and Minitanks.
And you need to really hit the heads consitentliy to take advantage of the HSD.
So at the end of the day i think the Nemisis is quite good when your gear has decent rolls but that´s true for all other weapons too cause your gearstats really matter when it comes to maximise your weapons dmg potential.
problem with that logic is, that any stat i change towards Nemeis, i also change towards White Death.
The main difference is the additional CHC on Nemesis, but White Death profits from Perfect Focus.
So...it wouldnt change much, even if improve my stats.

Also, would you mind sharing that video?

Bullet King still a good option compared to all the exotics. so.. unless they buff again some of them use bullet

I did do the quest for it. Complete waste of time. 4/5 weeks of running invaded strongholds in hope of getting the components just to make it. Only to have it roll with low stats.

    +10% Marksman rifle damage
    +110% Headshot damage
    +4.5% Crit chance.

Personally, if you go and farm components for an item it should be better than anything you can pick up in the open world.

Only exotic I take use out of is sawyer's kneepads with how pesky, spammy, and explosive happy most enemies in this game are. Everything else is either uninteresting to me, or was arbitrarily nerfed to oblivion. Even most named items are useless.

I always used 2 Airaldi because i had no idea that Providence has 10% HSD too

Well in the end i think it doesn´t really matter if you go 2 Airaldi or one and one Providence what makes it so powerful is the combination of glass cannon vigilance and heavily investment into headshot dmg. So if you go 2 airaldi (Chest and Backpack) make sure you´re chest has glass cannon and vigilance on backpack. I know with glass cannon you´ll be squishy as hell but the amplified dmg you gain is insane. That way you gain 25% amplified dmg the trade off is 50% more dmg taken. Perfect glass cannon gives you 30% but increases your dmg taken to 60%. So its up to you if you want to have the extra 5% dmg for 10% more damage taken.
And again with good rolled stats on your gear the Nemisis is a really good sniperrifle even when the weaponstats are not rolled good like mine with 10% mmr dmg 88% headshot dmg and 6,5% CHC.
16 m with an investment into chc and chd is quite nice. I´ll go and try the hsd route and see how this turns out.
One question i have is what weapon are you using besides the Nemisis on your sniperbuild?

Just tried that build, and its just not for me.
The 60% increased damage taken from PerfectGlass Cannon is just too much. I couldnt even handle a Mission on Challenging.
So i guess i stay with Perfect Focus and wait for the Bugfix to make it work with Nemesis again.

Also, my Nemesis has Max-Rolls in Weapon Damage, Headshot Damage, and 8% in CHC (i think 9.5% is max there)
The other Weapon im using is a named M1A from the Season. I tried the SVD for a bit, but i just dont like it. Maybe if i find a Paratrooper with Lucky Shot on it, i give it another try.
