    Shepard and Call for help

Most stupid design to help other agents.

    1. The XP bar is now gone and there is no way to tell when you are eligible for endorsement.

    2. When you answer the call for help:
    a) In 60% cases after finishing an activity, Agent will wait until you leave, if you don't, they leave themselves. OR they thank you and log-off. No points for you
    b) In 30% cases they will do another activity, so you can get your endorsement..
    c) In 10% cases they are AFK, kick you out of the group or something else

    Great design.

I got as high as Shepard Rank 27 before the reset (I'm currently Shepard Rank 11) -- so I've had a ton of experience with this feature.

The best way to guarantee that you're rewarded for your time is to only answers calls-for-backup from people who are doing missions; if you get in early enough, you get enough Sheparding XP to get the automatic Endorsement -- and then there's a %50 chance that the person you helped with give you a second, manual-endorsement.

If you answer-the-call for anything in the Open World you basically have to hope you can stick around for 2 or 3 activities or you won't gain enough XP to get the automatic Endorsement.

Also, if the Call for Help has an Orange Exclamation Mark that means that player is closer to your level; if the Exclamation Mark is Blue with Wings, that means they are well below you -- so that activity might be super boring for the both of you if you join and just 1-shot everything.

Yeah poor design. I actually posted about making changes to it.... days later they did make a change to it.... they freaking removed the XP bar/ percentage bar LOL

Hey if I don't see how many percentage points i'm from getting an endorsement.. then it's all fine. see no evil

They should make it that the person making the call for backup gets a point towards his shepherd rank for giving a point to the player answering the backup call. Gives the caller an incentive to at least ******g stay long enough to give an endorsement.

I stopped answering the Call for Backup because it wasn't worth my time anymore.
