    Ubisoft unresponsive

    Ubisoft this is getting unacceptable now? At what point do people start requesting refunds?

    My case number is 11697401. Took the time of day to upload a full video of the issue and still no response from the tech team or a solution?

    Issue still affects iOS 13.5 ....same results of it not working, so no change , game still unplayable by iOS users....or apparently only those of us expressing the issue on the forums...

    My case number is 11531104 but they keep on closing it every four days with the newest explanation is the following :

    Me too! Case number 11724414. This is one of the worst tech support experiences I’ve had. I can’t believe they can’t give a status and a timeline.

    In the comms on my ticket/chat it sounded a bit like the controller app was outsourced from Ubisoft games division and they had pretty much no control over it...

    I’m thinking the only way to get this moving is to embarrass them on Twitter.

    Also, really admire the bravery of trying an iOS 13.5 update!

    Problem Just Dance Controller

    I have the same problem, I use an Iphone X and after the IOS update the Just Dance Controller app just closes on its own, I can't play any music.

    Same here

    PS4 iOS 13.5 - app just crashes so can’t play at all. I’ve tried everything! It was the same with 13.4. The app clearly needs a fix but there doesn’t seem to be any kind of timeline for this. Really disappointing.

    My support ticket for this was updated yesterday and they basically said:

    - sorry
    - we know it’s a problem
    - no timeline for fix

    Which disturbingly enough is actually progress. They’re no longer saying ‘try reinstalling the app’. And an actual apology!

    And it only took a month.

    Just Dance Controller App Crashes on iphone

    Just Dance Controller App keeps crashing on iphone and doesn’t work anymore. My purchase on this game is now wasted due to i cannot play this. Now iphone has updated to ios 13.5, still not working! Are you be able to fix this? Or better give us refund of our purchase of $50+? The issue has been raised to Ubisoft since March, and two months now NOT yet resolved!

    An update for JDController was released 3 days ago. It worked for me (finally). I’m using iOS 13.4.1
