    Just Dance App crashes with iOS 13.4

    Since updating my iphone, the app crashes whenever I try to connect to a session. The app loads up, after I select "play" my phone connects for a split-second (I see my name pop up on the screen) and then the app crashes and kicks me back to the iPhone home screen. Our platform is PS4.

    My wife has not updated her iOS yet, and the app works perfectly.

    I have tried re-installing the app, and restarting the iPhone. No luck.

    I just updated my phone today and it's doing the same thing now. I had no issues this morning before I did the update. ):

    App crashes after iOS 13.4 update

    Glad to see I'm not alone on this issue, was going to play this game with my daughter when my phone wouldn't connect. I sure hope they see notes like this and get it addressed, I already wrote a review on the Apple App Store ( if that does any good, lol) Just hope they get it fixed sooner than later

    To my knowledge, this issue with the Just Dance Now app on iOS 13.4 should now be resolved.

    Please let us know if you continue to experience issues after ensuring that both the app and your iOS versions are up-to-date.

    Hi Ubi Woofer

    I have the exact same problem as Khanites described earlier. Since a day or 2 and on multiple I-phones.
    I suspect thsi is linked to IOS 13.4.1?

    Please advise as we cannot play anymore!

    I am sorry to hear that issues persist for both of you. Could you please confirm the following details for me:

    - What device you are using

    - Your iOS version (13.4, 13.4.1?)

    - Any error codes you have seen relating to the app

    Does reinstalling the application help to resolve the issues in any way?

    Still broking going on a month strong. @ubi_woofer , this is still an issue, on iPhone 8 plus at least with the most recent build(13.4.1). I've opened up a ticket with Ubisoft , but clearly this is still not fixed, sad I can't play a game that I bought. The app just crashes back to your home screen. Reinstalling does nothing to resolve the issue. An update has to occur form Ubisoft to address this issue

    Just Dance Controller App does not work with IOS 13.4.1

    XBOX One S
    iPhone 6s and iPhone 8 Plus iOS 13.4.1 on both
    Just Dance 2016 and 2020

    Just Dance 2016:
    Before updating IOS, the app worked fine on both phones with JD 2016. After update, it works once on iPhone 6s and then crashes after using the app for a minute. As soon as it disconnects or closes, the app will crash back to home screen immediately after connecting.
    Deleting and reinstalling app only allows it to connect and play one until it disconnects and then have to reinstall.
    The iPhone 8 Plus does slightly better. It can navigate and play multiple songs without crashing on first start after install. Once disconnected though, it will crash immediately after reconnecting.

    JD 2020:
    Bought JD 2020 thinking it was just an issue with the older version of the game. Nope. Same thing happens with the iPhone 6s. It is even worse with the 8 Plus. The game is unplayable. My wife is so frustrated with the game that when I jokingly mention playing Just Dance, she gives me an angry look like she’s going to punch me in the face.

    The game is unplayable, and unfortunately I renewed Just Dance Unlimited before this problem came up. Now I’m just watching the days of the subscription tick away without being able to play the game. Until you get this fixed, the Just Dance is useless to anyone using an up-to-date iPhone for a controller. Please fix this! I don’t want to get punched in the face by my wife.

    Just Dance Not Working

    Looks like JD affected on other platforms as well. I boight an annual VIP subscription to the app version but cant play the songs. I am using android phone. Have been writing in to the customer support since February but no solution. Either they dont care or they dont know what's happening to the server. Response from Ubisoft customer support is unacceptable.
