The Division 2 is having some serious and unplayable graphical errors where I can't see and my screen is freaking out. I can't see the character in front of my face let alone anything rushing me. I have up-to-date drivers and computer updates and this error seems to have started after the latest New York expansion. I have tried altering my settings and to no avail. This has only occurred in two locations, once in New York, but in a kind of unimportant area. The other one is on Roosevelt Island which is kind of important because it's a Stronghold and it's for my Manhunt. My computer is really powerful and I have no issues with any other games. I am running a GTX 1080; I7 6700k; 32gb RAM.
I have no idea how to fix this, if anyone has any idea on how to fix this I would be very thankful.

have you tried verifying your local files? not sure if it got fixed on one of the many patches but one of them broke my game the same way and when I verified the game files it said there were some corrupted files and it asked if i wanted to repair them. it worked after that. Although i still sometimes have issues now and again
