Hi, I have an Xbox One and purchased Just Dance 2020 about 2 weeks ago. Mid March. It was working flawlessly with the iPhone controller app and as of the last two days (March 28+) it simply crashes.
Doesn't matter what I do. I've tried different phones, reset xbox, reset iPhone, uninstall/resinstall.
Is anyone else having this problem?

The team is aware of connectivity issues with the game, such as being unable to load some songs or play at all. They are currently investigating this, however we don't have visibility on this, nor do we have a time frame.

Buonasera, da un paio di giorni abbiamo problemi a giocare con just dance 2020 usando il cellulare con just dance controller su iPhone. Praticamente all avvio del gioco si procede a sincronizzare il cellulare usandolo come controller e improvvisamente l’ applicazione crasha all’avvio non permettendo di giocare. Probabilmente il crash é dovuto al nuovo aggiornamento della Apple (iOS 13.4). Richiedo cortesemente di verificare se è un problema di applicazione o un problema mio. Grazie mille

Hi, in the last few weeks I am trying to play just dance 2020 with my kids. Each time I connect with my iPhone it crashes. I get the message: connection with all smartphones is broken. And when I try to reconnect it does it over en over again. I am really disappointed because I really want to play it.
Can anyone help me????

Can you please clarify the following for me:
- The exact iOS devices you are using
- Your current iOS version in use
- Whether your device and console are using the same network when trying to play
Do you also notice any improvement after reinstalling the application?
