Honestly, just refund Year 1 pass. Like what make you think that I'm still gonna open this game when you fix the issue? I'd rather you refund that, so I can purchase something else that's meaningful. And given the integrity level and quality of your DEV teams work (can't believe this is actually the result from postponing the initial scheduled release, like usually you'd consider if publishers went against their schedule and asked for more time on a release, they'd actually perform, apparently yours does not), I seriously doubt that you'll get a fix out before the next big release. So why even bother trying? "Sorry we messed up. Here's the refund. The team responsible is dealt with. Hopefully you'll like our next product". This might work better since we're buying bugs and getting the game on the side anyway.
This post, to me, puts a lot of emphasis on the "kid" in your name. Very few games get everything perfect on release. And not every fix players want for the game has anything to do with the direction Ubisoft is going with this. This is an incredibly angry post over the inability to use classes that they're working on getting fixed. I'm sure, when they released the new content, that they 100% expected for there to be issues, and they're taking their time fixing things, despite having said they're looking into it, just to make people rage quit the game over a couple of classes. The game's buggy, yeah, but it's not worth a refund because you don't get day 1 access to a class due to unexpected issues that they're working on. Stop acting entitled. You took a gamble with buying the game, knowing there could be issues they'd have to work out. Clearly, they're listening to the feedback and working on things, or the non-tiered loot game mode wouldn't be a thing. Give them time to figure out why the classes aren't available on xbox instead of acting like unforeseen issues entitle you to your money back. Especially after a post like this. They're classes for a game that you apparently hate anyway, so why are you so pissed you don't have them? Just move on. And if you need a refund in order to buy something else, then a job might be in order, too.Originally Posted by SmileyKid_XT Go to original post
