    New Side Mission \ Dynamic Mission Types.

    Some Dynamic missions that players can come across - so the game doesn't feel so dead.


    1. Hostage Rescue
    You get a report of a Homesteader being taken to a nearby camp

    Minor
    They are held at a small house or shack. Few gaurds.
    After a period of time backup arrives to take away the homesteader, if they successfully take the homesteader the entire area will be on higher alert and there will be more patrols in the current area. The operative needs to kill all the gaurds quietly then wait for evacuation while holding off reinforcements.
    After a period of time a homesteader armored carrier comes to take the hostage to safety.

    Major
    Multiple Homesteaders are held hostage in a larger facility being interrogated in various areas in the facilities.
    Operative needs to free the hostages and clear the area.
    Once the area is cleared the hosages rally to an evac point ( ideally a flat roof ) a Helicopter comes to pick them up.
    You need to hold off reinforcements to keep the helicopter safe and evacaute the homesteaders.


    2. High-value Extraction
    This is a high ranking skell officer - you need to extract him alive from a high threat location.
    Which means knocking him out and quietly exfiltrating to an extraction point quietly.
    Based on the location - a car \ boat \ or helicopter will come take the body.

    if you fail - alarm goes off and target extracts - enemy detection radius is increased in the area until the target location is again discovered.
    If you kill the target before extraction - enemy detection radius isn't increased but no rewards
    If you extract target alive - you get intel location of a high rarity item \ large supply cache

    3. Drone Convey

    You need to intercept a Drone Supply Convey before it reaches its destination to be activated. The Convey is heavily guarded with 2 APC and a Helicopter
    Upon attacking the Convey multiple troops will come out of the APCs. Which means planning an ambush on the road for multiple enemies.

    If you fail to stop the Drone Convey - all military Installations will have drone patrols

    4. Drone Towers

    Can spawn either with or without Drone Convey Quest.
    If you failed Drone Convey a Drone Tower will appear in the areas of the region. You need to shut down the 3 towers in that region to deactivate the drone reinforcements.


    5 Weapon and Armor Cache

    A large weapon and Armor Cache is at a warehouse. Supply Trucks are coming to pick them up. You need to destroy the Cache before the supply trucks arrive.
    The supply Trucks also carrying a large contingent of soldiers, so if you take too much time you will be fighting a small army.

    If you fail to destroy the caches and die - the areas armor level of enemies increases using new prototype armor. This will last until enough enemies in that region are killed so "supplies run out" ( 50 kills )

    These side missions sound very similar to the faction missions already present in game, also side missions that are "dynamic" sort of exist already, as all of the side missions under the "Auroa Archipelago" folder have to be found out in the Wild.

    Dynamic means constantly spawning -
    And faction missions are terrible for new players because it starts out of order.

    The person who thought it was a great idea to start newer players in a random part of the storyline should be replaced.

    I remember when I started it - my first faction mission was,

    "We need to stop the virus from spreading!"

    And I am like, What virus? whats going on?
    Terrible, I do mean absolutely terrible implementation.
