I would not mind if the raid gets deleted completely, and its art assets are re-purposed to the main game.
A realistic military special ops raid mission would have been exciting addition to GR games, but Destiny/MMO style raid is completely out of place in a game like this.
That is my opinion 100%.Originally Posted by Ont9 Go to original post
Just get rid of the raid completely, and unlock the island for exploration. Maybe add a few side missions, or even some unique faction missions, just to add things to do. Then all the Raid loot could be scattered around the island, to be collected, just like everything else.Originally Posted by Ont9 Go to original post

We ran a control room vector only run the other night. The gun mostly sucks but it was shocking how well it did compared to LMGs vs Gargoyle. Shots in the box indeed.Originally Posted by recklessnico Go to original post
As to the delete posts, I'm fine with what ever. Delete it, keep it. Doesn't particularly matter at this point.
Ubi listens remember, what a joke
Raid for 90% of players without glitch is unbeatable
The glitch made the idiotic boss fights doable, not enjoyable
The game is a fail, the raid is a fail
Now you can not attach bipod to dmr scout guns
Another update that broke more stuff than it fixed
Jokes on us we paid for this bs
Never again
At the moment I don't think they will remove the content, but I at least hope that it was the first and last Raid that we will see in a GR game. Even though I am also sorry for the people that enjoyed content like that, but It just doesn't fit into GR in the way it was implemented. Also, if they create something similar that group sizes from solo players to a full group can play, I really hope it will not include any flying robots, tank-drones, or those ridiculous floating computer pylons at the end.

But Ubisoft is highly overestimating how much fun it is to do the same basic things over and over again for 4-6 hours each and every week for little gain. 10000 skell credits was a reasonable boost but there's nothing to buy of any interest. Go here, go there... next week go there then go here. Following week do this, go here, protect that. Next week protect that, go here, do this. 1.2 million skell credits later and... and what?
Further to that there's no raid crate content for anyone who has run the raid about 10-12 times I think it is? Then it's repeatable guns and equipment at the raid bosses which results in some occasionally decent RNG draws... but more often than not leaves people disappointed.
I'd be very curious to see the numbers of people in since the glitch was patched. Nothing changed for the raid crew with the patch... people who wanted to raid already got the game- people who weren't interested in the gear score won't suddenly be interested in running a raid which insists on a gear score.
I understood the frustration of the glitch with the 7 guys who still run PVP regularly... but it did significantly increase how tolerable the preponderance (my word of the week) of drones throughout the other game modes.
As has been stated, boring bullets sponges with no memorial moment or effect worth GRINDING hours into trying to kill a SINGLE boss because of constant people dropping in and out of groups only to leave and try again another day or not at all since the DMR Glitch was making the RAIDS at least DOable. The coordination needed within PUBGs does not exist enough for this to maintain in long term and will die out soon. Even with the glitch it was taking 5hrs to clear because just of lack of coordination.
Hopefully there is a fix to this situation and the devs can come up with some fun or new ways to handle the raids better or change some mechanics so anyone can jump in and have fun instead of getting stressed out about how we all die in one shot within 5 min....
it needs to get scrapped. first time doing the raid and beat it was so draining. I said to the party that i'm going off, climbing into the shower while taking my mother's lipstick and smearing it all over my face while saying "you're a dirty W***e"
they laughed. but i did it. well i couldn't find my mother's lipstick.
