season 2 available for gold/complete only after some date? | Forums

Hello, i purchased ANNO 1800 - most expensive version 59.99 EUR after discount 16.3.2020.
I am pretty sure that the store showed that season pass 1 and 2 was included.

I read somewhere that before some date, season pass 2 was not included in gold/complete edition? My item name in order is PC-DIG-ANNO 1800-COMPLETE-WW.
Store UI seems to be broken(as reported by others). I dont want to install the game, because i need to sign some rights away.
I have created support ticket, but also asking here if you have more information.

If it says that the season 2 pass is included then it should be. There are reports of issues in the Ubisoft store currently. One issue is where people buy the Season 2 Pass and it doesn't show in Uplay that they own it, but it does show up in game. Can you please provide your ticket number. I know someone here who might be able to help you. Banan might be able to assist you, but he will require you to provide the Ticket Number in order to assist. Alternatively if you do get a developer response to this thread they will also need this number to assist as well.

I hope you can get this solved soon. I wouldn't touch anything yet, but instead wait for assistance before doing anything else.

My case number is 11310598. Thanks. I read somewhere that gold version did not include the season pass 2, i think i might have bought gold(or at least i was considering it few months ago), but my order shows complete version. Gold vs complete seems quite confusing :/

No problem. Thank you for providing that. Did you buy this recently or did you buy this months ago, but haven't gone through the installation and signed the rights? Or did you buy a few months ago, but never got to doing this until now?

I was thinking about purchase since closed beta, but got to it just 13 days ago. I hope it will be cleared up. Id hate to hold up so long and miss on season pass 2

Hi! Complete edition does contain the season 2 pass and as Feruda said there is currently a bug in Uplay that season 2 pass doesn't show up as owned. However, you should be able to access the Seat of Power DLC in the game.
Thanks for the ticket number, I'll see if I can confirm which version of the game you have.

Gold edition was an earlier one and it contained only season 1 pass. This year season 2 pass was announced and with it the complete edition appeared which contains both season passes.

I asked someone to check your account and you do have the full season 2 pass so you have nothing to worry about.

Hello. I will add an update to this thread. You should see the Season 2 Pass now show up in your Uplay as Owned. The Developers released a Uplay Patch today and the issue has been resolved. Cheers!

Indeed, the Seat of Power DLC and Season 2 Pass should now be visible in Uplay as owned.
