Digital Scope 4x vs. Dual Range Sight (formerly G28 scope) 4.5x. Wrong zoom factors? | Forums

I had this posted in the general section a few days ago, but thought it would fit better in here.

I have been playing with both of those scopes since the TU2 was released and noticed that the 4x Digital Scope actually has a higher zoom compared to the 4.5x Dual Range Sight. I tried switching the scopes on the weapons to see, if it was related to those. But no, the zoom on the 4x Digital Scope is higher compared to the 4.5x Dual Range Sight. I also did test it with the T5XI Sight and this one has more less the same zoom factor to the digital scope. Is this a bug, or an oversight? Also not sure if this was seen before the TU2, because I didn't use other scopes besides a reflex on my rifle and the dual sight on my DMR until now.

Yeah I have the feeling the scope magnifications aren't quite right.

I looked into it myseld and the dual range sight seems to have worse magnification than the digital sight and the TX5I with "the highest zoom power" seems to have the same magnification as the digi scope, which honestly is a joke for a scope that's supposed to have the highest zoom.

So yeah. I came to the same conclusion.
