Hello, my friend "carbit07" cannot play thé game, it appears like thé game isn't bought. It's all greyed out and requesting à key to activate it. We bought thé game at the same time, and hes bought also year 3 season pass.The reason for me writing instead of him is Hé doesn't speak english. Does anybody know à solution to this ? I tried contacting support but it isn't loading due to server overload. Ty

This would indicate that your friend is logging into a different Ubisoft account than he first played the game on.
This is why it's asking for a key and is not playable.
If he's not aware of the other account it may be, then he should speak with the Support team through the site here. They will be able to look into this for him, but please be aware that you cannot contact us for him.
Thank you for your response, he tried contacting suport but to no avail, he doesn't have à 2nd account, and i taught his key has been stolen. Is there an e-mail adressé to send all his info, game progression, even location where he was playing all the time, the cd key, anything that helps?ty în advance
In past i also have done! the same mistake by creating 2 accounts.
