Hello. I just got Just Dance 2020 for the Nintendo Switch and the game simply won't connect to the internet. The system settings of my Switch says IT IS connected to my internet service and I've tested the connection and re-connected several times, but when I'm in the game, it says I'm offline....
I was really looking forward to getting Just Dance Unlimited, that was the entire reason I invested my money into a switch and the game, but now I don't know if I can even get it because I can't get connected online....why might this be? Why does the game say I'm offline when my gaming system says I am online? Please help![]()

Yeah, wel, the UBI servers seem to be down.
XBox and WII are both connected, internet is available (all other games are functioning online as they should). But JustDance .....Just - WONT- Dance online.
Do you guys have an overview of server-uptime/status of your gameservers? So we can just check that, before we go and check again and again and again....and again....if JustDance just might be up

I'm having the exact same issue, my switch just dance 2020 won't go online and tells me Ubisoft servers are offline and i should try again in a few minutes.
I have upnp on, tried it with disabled firewall, forwarded all ports needed for just dance, but also the one from nintendo itself. doesnt work.
Switch shows me im online, other games i can go online too.
Terribly disappointed family with 2 little girls who can't play their Frozen songs on Unlimited.
This is no connection issue on our side as other games connect online without issues [Non-Ubisoft games].
We were happy that Unlimited was opened up on April 7 and now its turned into a real bummer.
When I tried to play offline with the local songs; my Kinect is not recognizing players and we are taken to Co-Op mode which has made the entire JD-2020 into a real sour point.
