No im taking about the vip collectible that is in his bunker

I'm missing this too. I found the bunker east of West Cape, but there is no intel there. I've seen quite a few instances of intel either not showing up or not unlocking properly after completing a mission. I'm a sucker for collectibles, so it really annoys me that I can't get this.

The Sam Fisher bunker is no longer accessible day or night, and every other Cold war site in the Channels has been searched without any success. Definitely another game bug.

There appears to be a missing mission- Behind the curtain. It is referenced in the strategist intel. If they forgot a whole mission would it be that surprising they forgot to drop the intel items?

Looks like I’m not the only one running around the Channels looking for the same intel. I did all Deep State missions and went back to get Collectables, it ain’t there. My OCD ain’t happy.

There are more intel pieces that are unobtainable, even after finishing given missions.
The Sam Fisher bio in cold war bunker is one the more annoying, beacuse it leaves the blue info in the map view suggesting that in this province is still a objective to complete.

Did anyone try throwing C4 on the bunker because on the island some of them have to be breached like the one in Fen Bog channel (my very own personal base if and when I start filming)

The bunker is just for scripted scenes. You never really "enter" it. You just launched dialogue by interacting with the door.

Same issue here cant find it anywhere. Alot of my deep state collectables arent going towards unlocking my investigation either. Even though I've completed the mission to unlock the info. Just not registering on the investigation folder.
