    In game purchases break the game

    I've bought every possible item in airmech arena to find out no matter what I buy it breaks the game. I have proof that it's been purchased and I've made 2 tickets to be told 2 times it's an issue with xbox. I spent a whole week with Microsoft making sure it's not something on their end. What's worse is I found ----->MANY<----- post saying this was happening for over a year and it's not been fixed. I made my purchase for prime again recently. I have proof and I'm so stressed because I've made 3 tickets begging for help and trying with people to get none in return. I dont know what more to do. How many tickets do I need to make to get this purchase though. I love assassins creed. I love airmech. I love mario vs rabbits. I've bought them all. I've played them all. I just want to enjoy them all. Please help

    I am having the same exact problem. Everything was fine until I bought something. I'm later off because of the stupid virus so I only got one thing and premium mech is what I got. Come on someone please tell us how to fix it or how to contact them directly. Anything

    Sorry to tell you man, but this issue may not be fixed for you, I purchased items in January 2019, they have not fixed the issue and are no longer responding to me since September.
    They blamed it on Microsoft, when I contacted Microsoft the said it was an issue with Ubisoft. Went back to Ubisoft and they blamed the devs, spoke to the devs and they told me they haven't touched the game in years and its Ubisofts issue. They are throwing the blame to see what sticks and hopefully everyone will just give up.
    They offered to put some ingame items and money on my friends account, yes you read that right, and expected that to be ample compensation.
    Once we come out of lock down from the COVID outbreak I will be taking this to small claims court
