ssoooooo i accidentally made X2 wrong purchases because i did my math wrong and spent that last bit of money that the family budget is on because of the quarantine well at least for my budget and i really need to pull back those X2 3.99 purchases and replace them with a 7,99 purchase to fix the error i made

No, they aren't. I asked this a while ago and the support told me they could not do it according to their refund policy. Ingame purchases are final. So even if you accidentally buy something wrong, it is your problem now.
