It says on an offshore platform south of albatross peak. Where can i find that collectable

Did you end up finding it, cause I'm having the same problem where i have no clue where it is.

It's not visible on the map. It's on a small tower in the water just off the coastline, more southeast than south. There are 3 enemies there also. Fly low to find the right one (there are a few tower platforms around there, and just parachute or swim there.

yes it is a tower at sea rather closer to the naval base of the sentinel corp
