i claimed my twitch prime reward for maestro and mozzie operator skins but have not received them . ive had multiple tickets just brushed aside now as you guys dont respond to me after the you make it whats going on ?CASE NUMBER 11301977 please help me

Can you please confirm for me which platform you are playing on, and want to receive the reward on? I cannot see a copy of Rainbow Six: Siege associated with the Ubisoft Account you are posting from, so could you also confirm for me the correct platform username? Thanks!

Se il tuo account è collegato se vai a Mozzie nel gioco e selezioni il copricapo, potrai vedere il copricapo di Twitch Prime. Se hai riscattato la ricompensa Twitch Prime con il gioco aperto, devi chiudere il gioco, quindi riaprilo.

If your account is linked if you go to Mozzie in game and select headgear you will be able to see Twitch Prime headgear there. If you redeemed the Twitch Prime reward with the game open you need to close the game then open it again.
