Haven't claimed the twitch or maestro one on any other accounts and all the correct accounts are linked, I double checked. Haven't received any of the offers. Claimed the Twitch one about a month ago.

Hey Abidaaaa! Since this has been an ongoing issue for a while now, have you tried opening a ticket at support.ubi.com? The team there would be able to investigate why you have not received this content yet, and they can look into getting it added.

I was so excited for the pizza Mozzie skin and I got the twitch prime skin and I don't see it in my game. help plz

I've claimed both yellow maestro and pizza mozzie, but neither have shown up in game.

Also if you could try re-uploading the picture again that would be great - it doesn't seem to have been posted for some reason.

i've try change browser,use android, clear cache, but still nothing happened. btw zen is my first acc then claim the mozzie skin and success, but when i try on my 2nd (mouzzie) with different twitch prime the skin cant claim.
