So I subscribed to a twitch streamer and I wanted to Claim the charm but I didnt got the charm. ( I have my twitch account linked to my Ubisoft account )

Hey there, RIOT.yz! Was your Twitch account ever linked to a previous Ubisoft account? If so, that may explain why you haven't received your charm. I'd suggest opening a case with our team so they can investigate this further with you.
