The Twitch Prime packs have been released! If you have not received them yet, you should get them soon.

I jumped on Rainbow Six Seige to get the packs that just came out today after claiming them on Twitch Prime. When I got on, a pop-up showed up saying something about the packs so I go to open them and they weren't there. I went back to Twitch Prime website and it says I have them. I don't know where they are. Any help will be appreciated.

Hi TripleEss,

I can see you have the Twitch Prime packs on your account. From the main menu (You can click on the Rainbow Six: Siege logo at the top left in the menus), you should see an yellow icon with packs on it (above the yellow trophy icon). Click on that to view and open your packs.

If you do not see them there, can you please send me an image of what you do see?

I click on it and when I go to Twitch Prime packs it says I have zero.

I have been trying to link my twitch prime but every time I enter my login, it just takes me back to the sign in? What do I do?

Try clearing your browsers cookies and cache. That may help. Or use a different browser. Have you tried doing it on mobile?
