The game freezes after a couple of minutes after launch

I have a pretty decent PC, 6-core i7, 64GB RAM, RTX2080Ti, NVMe system SSD, the game is on SSD as well, Win10, latest drivers.
So my PC used to run the game @1440p / 60FPS / Ultra to Ultimate settings since Beta with ease BUT one of the recent updates ruined it all - the game starts and runs normally then freezes after a while, frame counter shows 1FPS, CPU and GPU load is low, game either crashes or I had to reboot. I was hoping the latest TU will fix it but it made it even worse, now the game freezes just after a couple of minutes after EVERY launch.
No, lowering graphic settings does not help.
No, there is nothing wrong with my PC, all other games run fine at maximum settings.

The problem persists, I paid for product that's not working, or if you call it a service then it's not provided.

i7-6850K, 64GB RAM, RTX2080Ti - performance bombs from "all maxed out and runs smoothly" to 1 FPS a couple of minutes after launch. Any API, any graphic settings.
Sometimes freezing is followed by a crash. When the game freezes or/and dies it takes Windows performance down as well, it's stuttering and nothing helps but rebooting. Obviously the game has serious performance/compatibility issues.
Breakpoint is the only game that doesn't work for me, anything else works with no issues.

Reinstalled Uplay and the game again
It still starts and runs for about a couple of minutes just fine then freezes/crashes.

Prior the crash the game started to look like this (Vulkan API):

Hello! Apologies for seeing your thread late, I'll help in any way I can.

I would like to first offer you some basic troubleshooting steps, however due to the strange behaviour you're experiencing I would also like to review your system files.

Do you also receive a crash error message? If so, that message would help us understand.

    Let's start here: https://support.ubi.com/en-gb/faqs/000025947/

If you'd be so kind, please add the following to a support case -

    - A MsInfo report: https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/faqs/21216/
    - A DxDiag report: https://support.ubisoft.com/en-GB/faqs/21185/

Once done, feel free to then add the case number here so we can review them for you.

By asking for your system files I am not suggesting that your PC is the issue, but perhaps we can find something that is conflicting with the game.

    Hello again,

I managed to find your support case that you posted in a different thread.

MsInfo - This report is in a very limited format, it doesn't include all information. Would it be possible to create another please?

When you have the System Information application open, please make sure "System Summary" is selected before exporting, or it may only export 1 category.

DxDiag - This is missing all driver information which is unusual. Please try the following -

    - Do a clean install of your GPU drivers: https://support.ubisoft.com/en-gb/faqs/000025720/

    - Follow the DxDiag guide above and make sure "Check for WHQL digital signatures" is ticked before saving

Perhaps the clean driver installation will resolve your issue, but if not it should at least help make sure the DxDiag is complete.

    Hello again
    Finally, thank you.

I have updated display drivers again, made a clean installation, updated MSInfo and DXDiag in my ticket (case number 11291587)

Perhaps the clean driver installation will resolve your issue, but if not it should at least help make sure the DxDiag is complete.
Breakpoint is the only game that doesn't work for me, I just tried and all of the games I have installed run smoothly with no issues.
Breakpoint worked just fine as well before, I played through Terminator event with no issues then some update brought freezes and crashes, latest TU 2.0.0 made the game unplayable, it freezes/crashes at 100% rate a couple of mins after launch

Thank you! I have reviewed your system files and this is what I have so far -

    - Your hardware configuration is perfectly capable, and no visible issues
    - Your drivers are now showing up to date, which is great
    - I can see a lot of application crashes, including GRB.exe but the error reports are not giving an indication as to why

I have some steps specific to you that I would like to try. Please try the following -

    1. Clear your Uplay cache -

    - Make sure Uplay is completely exited out, which can include exiting from your system tray if you opted to have Uplay run in the background when pressing the window X
    - Please visit the following location (default installation): C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\cache
    - Make a backup of this folder.
    - Following this, delete all the contents located in this folder.
    - Launch Uplay PC again.

    If that does not work...

    2. Make sure you are launching Uplay & GRB.exe as administrator: https://support.ubi.com/faqs/000025662/
    3. Disable background applications: http://support.ubisoft.com/faqs/000025721/

Let me know how it goes! It is unusual for such behaviour and we will get to the bottom of it.

    - I know....
    - The only thing that crashing is Breakpoint, because it became like this after one of the updates, it was just fine before, my PC is not the problem.

Of course it didn't work. I already tried all these dated solutions and yes I went through all the steps again just to make sure.
The game ran for a little less than 3 minutes then crashed (DX11, crash report sent). It consistently behave like this, the only difference is how it fails - sometimes it's freezing then crashing, sometimes just freezing.
Since it works fine for somewhat the same amount of time before crashing it looks like memory leak or something, it's weird because I have 11GB 2080Ti and 64GB RAM is more than normally gamers have. I used to play at maxed out settings before the problem, tried to lower everything after - it doesn't make any difference I still have only a couple of minutes of the game runtime
