Hi there,cut someone explain to me what is it : press the enter on xbox controller connecting to servers : long time to connect,enter the game slow long time to lunch,
when I m in game : action & movement with heroes it's slow & late reaction specially when i play Zhannu hero is horrible late movement late reactions,the guys - players around me in game I can see how ease & whit out any trouble move & react,but me is just :no chance to react,I do 1 movement reactions : they do 2 -3,the NAT in game showing me green,did every PC trouble shooting : everything OK, I don't have new PC but still is ok for this game,but as I said when I am in game is horrible to play,





????


Any help ? advice's ???

I see you mention that you've gone through a lot of troubleshooting, but can you go through the steps found here in case there are any you may have missed.
Please let us know if this is still happening after this.
