    Can't download the update.

"Download failed. Please check you have an active connection..." I have a good connection. I reinstalled Uplay but nothing changed. Any help would be appreciated...Thanks

Was having this issue earlier. Tried several times to redownload it, but no change. Just a couple minutes ago, the patch installed itself and finished randomly, and I'm able to play the game. Could be server stuff on their end connecting to us. I say just give it a little bit of time and see if it works. I also restarted Uplay a few times as well.

Im having the exact same issue. I tried to verify the game files using uplay and to my surprise that can't be done if you have a pending download.... I tried disabling my firewall, nothing.

Im now uninstalling the game and reinstalling it.... how many hours has the game been up? 4+ hours now...

Yeah-yeah, Mark. We got your cut and paste response on every other page. I don't need to hear your ****ty advice again. The issue is on YOUR END.

None of those steps worked, internet is working fine and I have over 200 GBs space on hard drive...… Pretty sure not on our end here

Followed the support steps as well. Also checked disk space (>100gb free), and have a Gigabit connection that is testing at full speed. Thanks for the help, can't wait to get back after it!
