    Actually it wasn't the windows compatibility which worked. I had MSI Afterburner with RTSS running in background which was the issue. Figured this out on 2nd launch.

    On my first time on vulcan It did take a bit of time for shaders to start loading, but the process did start after a couple of minuts though. I haven't had a problem since.

    Confirmed, I've tried before
    -Reinstalling the game
    -reinstalling drivers
    -reinstalling uplay client.

    Nothing solved but killed afterburner and RTSS solved.

    I got a cool FPS boost from 73 to 85 thanks to Vulcan.

    An additional 12 FPS from a software update is impressive.

    Second test.

    Without SLi, Vulkan is not useable, very big big lags... with 40FPS...

    Without Vulkan if I disable the SLi the graph is just a bit better that with Sli.
