I missed out on getting the Ezio set too. I didn't even hear about that promotion even though I've been playing AC games for years.
Please have some sort of option for customers who missed out on that promotion to be able to earn it in-game or redeem it for points on Uplay.
AC Odyssey has been by far the most troublesome game to get working properly due to bugs in Uplay, bugs in the game itself and the game repeatedly crashing even though I had significantly more than the minimum requirements when I bought the game. I ended up having to upgrade my whole rig just to play AC Odyssey. Now I find out that I've missed out on something amazing and that it's impossible to get now... I'm really disappointed.
AC Unity never gave me anywhere near this amount of trouble...
For what reason are you even commenting in this thread for, other than to spite others? That's nice for you and your son that you were able to collect the outfit, but it means **** all to the rest of us. The reason why people are angry and upset is because Ubisoft decided to make this outfit a limited-time exclusive reward that was only claimable if you played during their single free weekend. Now that said weekend has ended, those of us that were not able to claim the outfit are being de facto punished, because we have no alternative method of claiming it. Many people were simply not able to play the game during this free weekend because they did not have physical access to their computer/console, for one reason or another. And as some have stated before as well, others did not know there was a free weekend taking place in the first place, not because of their own laziness but because of Ubisoft's poor and last-minute advertising of it.Originally Posted by DreadGrrl Go to original post
Also, get off your perch and stop acting holier than thou, speaking as if we're terrible people for complaining about this as it concerns coronavirus. Despite what you think, the virus is a legitimate "excuse". Yes, many people are locked away at home, but this does not mean that they are spending 12 hours a day gaming, or even have access to their platform outright. Many are staying at relatives' or friends' homes, to which it is not practical to bring gaming with them. I myself have a PC setup that encompases an entire table. If I have to leave my home and relocate elsewhere temporarily, I've no means of transporting it with me, which means I'm playing nothing. Thus, as a collective sign off, please take your "clueless, selfish, narrow minded, pathetic, and entitled" comment and shove it up your old mum bum.
Nicely said and agreed!Originally Posted by KillgoreES Go to original post

Im with all these guys, as a person who has every ac game and its dlcs and collectors editions and also owns almost every ubisoft game, this is ridiculous absolutely ridiculous. Im not buying the new one. Will share it with someone. Thry dont even send the collectors to Portugal now.. Before you guys rewarded these costumes to who owned the specific games and this is how it should've kept going. As much as i would love valhalla, as a person who myself follows norse mythology so mu hi think i would love it but no i wont buy it. Gameshare it will be
What everyone “could” do to show their unhappiness at Ubi, is to make some sort of statement or comment in the thread of AC Valhalla, boycott them by letting potential buyers know just how Ubi treat their customers?
I’ve already commented there but here is the link if you want to let others know.

WE EARNED it when WE bought the game along with all the dlc that was made available, WE EARNED it when WE completed the game many times over and WE EARNED it by being loyal customers to Ubisoft, by buying their awesome games every time they released a new game, at extortionist prices that came along with their awesome glitches and we still came back!Originally Posted by longjohn119 Go to original post
It’s called getting what you paid for, why is that hard to understand??

I hope Ubisoft does something to correct this issue as the "free days" was a very short period of time and with coronavirus people had a lot more important stuff to worry about, they need to offer this kinda stuff for atleast a full week and advertise it much more as even I did not hear about it until 3 days ago long after it has been over.
