Update me? (Nobushi) / state of game

Two things, been away for awhile, was wondering if there were any thoughts on updating nobushi to have safer offensive options, since she's so slow. Or if the devs have talked about her pick and win rate and are thinking about making changes?

Second thing is, my friends talked about something in testing grounds about attack indicators showing up later or attacks are faster or do less dmg and like stamina changes, what's all that about? And is it coming to the full game?

Testing grounds made nobu viable again if you seen the testing grounds patch notes
I'd definitely urge you looking at it however the testing grounds changes haven't come
to "official" live game so it might be awhile for it.

In the TG they had parries that took none of your stamina heavies dealt less damage however it still needs to be
worked on you can dodge combo lights and it was easier to deflect if you played assassins as well however
healing got super op because of damage changes in TG and 100ms hidden indicater on lights
so no more delayed lights because they're all automatically delayed.

However in live game they changed it so all heavies have 433 ms of GB vulnerability that includes aramusha,
Cent, and glad but combo heavies are 100ms so they switched it around pretty much and warden
got a buff to his shoulder bash stamina while lawbringer got a buff an instant combo finisher light
so now his oos combo is even stronger now because he can do a heavy<heavy<top light.
