I purchased the Year 1 Pass thinking everything would be gravy, and here I am with no new classes. Everything loaded up correctly, I acquired the two new classes, but when I go to change my class to the new ones all it says is to go skills menu to unlock. I submitted a trouble ticket, but who knows how long it will be, and what patch will be implemented to correct this? Do we have to wait until the class becomes unlocked for everyone? This issue needs to be fixed ASAP, because every day that goes by that's $5 bucks that is owed back to me.
So, I finally managed to get into Ubisoft's customer support chat. Firstly, there is the procedural: did you restart this, what did you do fix that, etc. etc. This is no offense to the tech rep I spoke to since he is speaking off of a script, but the conclusion was to uninstall my game and reinstall it to fix the issue. It did not. I even installed my profile onto another xbox and the issue remained. The issue lies not the xbox, or the game, but when the update rolled out, it glitched my profile. Nomatter where I load it up, I still cannot equip these classes and it continues to say "Unlock this class in the Skills menu for free." I also removed the year 1 pass and reinstalled it, but of course that does not fix it. My fear is that Ubisoft will either tell me to "start over" or a patch will erase all progress.
Yeah, I'm having the same issue also. My ol lady can access the new classes on her xbox, but I cant. Contacted support half an hour ago to see what was going on. I'm still on live chat now with no reply. Sucks that the game has glitches and then support wont even help. What happened to wanting to send out good products? If ubisoft keeps this up, may have to stop buying their games (which sucks because they used to have some great games).
