Due to the global COVID-19 situation and the cautionary measures taken to protect ourselves, the Community Team will temporarily help out in the Player Support area of the forums, specifically to track bugs you are raising. It's part of our continued effort to further speed-up the investigation process with the game developers.

As such, please be aware the Community Team won't be able to reply in every thread you open. Not replying doesn't mean we haven't forwarded your bug report to the team. You should expect the community team to interact in your threads especially while trying to gather additional information regarding the bugs you reported.

Please make sure when creating a thread about a particular bug or issue, you can provide us with a screenshot or appropriate length clip of the bug in question for more clarity, as we will need this for our investigation.

You can use an image or video hosting website to upload your clips/screenshots to, then post a link in the thread.
