Hi, I have an issue with activating the 30 days free trial on the switch.

Every time i select the option to activate it just brings me back to the previous screen without unlocking anything.

I've already submitted a case thru the support and my case ID is 10524972 and that was on the 11th Jan 2020.

Have already submitted the necessary details like a video showing what happens on my switch and prove that I've already set my switch as primary.

Have been asking for update for a few times but have not received a single responds at all and it has been over 2 months.

The last reply I've received was on the 21st Jan 2020 informing me that they will refer the case to the relevant department.

My wife had tried contacting your support on Facebook providing them with case ID, was told will get back to her shortly.

However, after requesting for updates twice, on the 15th Mar and 18 Mar and receiving no replies at all, she think that she has been blocked by your Facebook support page as she tried messaging again on the 23rd and 24th but both times the message could not be sent.

Is there no one that can help us with this issue?
