Hello everyone!
I have had Your Shape since the beginning of this year, but have slacked off due to a ridiculous school schedule (20+ units and a long commute... what was I thinking?!). I am starting to get back into it this summer now that my schedule is a bit easier.

Anyway, the game is so extensive that I still haven't tried all of the workouts! I have downloaded the extra content from UPlay, as well as "New Year, New You," the G Fit Series, and platinum kick boxing. I am looking for a workout that incorporates small hand weights. I have found some that are mainly lunges where you hold the weights. I am looking for a workout that has reps with the weights to target biceps and shoulders, as well as using the weights for standing ab work. Do any of the workouts in the game have this sort of thing?

Any tips would be appreciated! Thanks!
