I've got a different issue, though...
The room is created, but, on my smartphone, the app can't load, and, after a while, it says there's a problem, and to check my Internet connection.
I've done Retry many times, I also switched from Wi-Fi to 4G network, but it still won't work!
I've also restarted my phone, and tried with another phone, but with no luck.
THEN, for the "need to workout", I agree, but get ready to see people telling you to just buy the game.
I personally love Just Dance Now, because, in these period of COVID-19, we are able to play with our friends using Discord, or similar services...
I have the same issue here. Bought JDN VIP-pass on Apple TV 4k and after a few days the app was unable to connect to the servers. I've tried all the limited options for correcting the issue that are possibe on the AppleTV platform to no avail.Originally Posted by Xliu27 Go to original post

I'm sorry to hear of your connectivity issues in Just Dance Now. If playing on a PC, please make sure you have the latest version available for your browser and Flash, and try emptying the browser's cache, in order to get rid of unnecessary load files. Also, please make sure you have the latest version of the app installed on your device.
I would also ask that you restart the apps themselves by fully force-closing them on Android, or swiping up on them via the Home Screen on iOS, and then reopening them. Testing an alternative connection, such as a mobile connection, would also help us to identify the root cause of the issue.
If continuing to experience issues with the Just Dance Now app after completing the above, can you please provide me with the following information:
- Device in use (if a Smart TV, please state the make, model, and DCID number from the settings page of the game)
- OS version
- Application version number
- Any error codes you're seeing
I'll then be able to investigate further as to any reported issues, and possible causes. Thank you.
The inefficiency of technical support in ubisoft is incredible, they gave me the same answer, it shows that it is a copy and paste, giving a generic response for everyone, every time I try to enter the game with my account I get this error, and it has months like this, I have not been able to enter an account that had a level above 130 and with more than 10,000 coins![]()
